엑셀은 계산에 특화되어 사무작업에 매우 유용한 프로그램으로 직장인들이 많이 사용하고 있는 유틸중 하나지요

저도 많이 사용하고 있습니다

그런데 한글이나 워드에 비하여 표등의 외곽선 처리때문에 신경을 좀더 쓰게 되는 일이 많이 있습니다

 

특히 데이타의 양이 많아져서 페이지가 넘어갈 경우 넘어가는 페이지 마다 윤곽선을 셀의 테두리와 윤곽선을 넣기가 귀찮기도 하구

테두리 맞추는 것도 손이 많이 갑니다

 

그래서 찾던중에 윤곽선 넣기가 있더군요

 

페이지마다 셀에 테두리설정을 하지 않고 외곽선도 자동으로 넣을 수 있습니다

 

물론 페이지 전체가 표로 많들어지는 문서에 유용할 거 같습니다

 

 아래 그림 순서대로 설정하면 됩니다

 

 

 

(1) 페이지레이아웃 탭을 누르고

(2) 페이지설정에서 우측 하단에 있는 조그만 단추를 누르면 페이지설정 대화창이 생김니다

(3) 마지막으로 인쇄 항목의 눈금선 체크를 하고 확인을 누르면 끝입니다

 

간단한 설저이지만 매우 유용하게 사용하고 있습니다
