엑셀단축키 ctrl+h / 한꺼번에 바꾸기

 

 

같은 문자를 한꺼번에 바꿀수 있는 ctrl+H 단축키 입니다

 

엑셀이나 다른 문서에서도 사용할 수 있는 단축키 입니다

 

엑셀들의 문서작업을 하다 보면 다른 문서를 복사해거나 편집을 하는 경우가 많이 있습니다

 

이럴때 대표적은 아이템의 이름들이 중복으로 많이 입력되어 있는 경우 이를 한꺼번에 바꾸어 문서작업시간을 절약 할 수 있을 것입니다

 

ctrl+h명령은 실무에서 많이 사용하는 단축키중 하나인데 옵션을 선택하여 여러개의 시트를 바꿀수도 있고 하나씩 바꿀수도 있습니다

 

또한 하나의 시트안에서 범위를 정하면 선택된 범위의 셀내용만 바꿀수 있습니다

 

 

 

위 그림에서 우측상단의 찾기 및 선택메뉴를 열면 바꾸기 메뉴가 있습니다

 

예로 작성한 좌측의 표에서 문자"s"만 찾아서 "T"로 바꾸어 보겠습니다

 

만약에 범위를 지정하지 않으면 테이블의 모든 "s"가 "T"로 바뀌어집니다

 

하지만 그러면 재미가 없으니 1~5까지의 항목에 있는 "s"만 "T"로 바꾸어봅니다
