민들레 불기 / 민들레 효능

 

 

 

우리 큰 놈이랑 놀이터 갔다 오다가 길가에 꽃씨가 활짝 벌어진 민들레들을 발견했습니다

 

옛날에 민들레 꺽어서 불던 기억이 났습니다

 

큰 놈이 조심스럽게 민들레에게 다가가더니 몸을 숙여서 민들레를 불려고 합니다

 

꽃이나 나무에 상처를 입히면 않된다고 했더니 꽃을 꺽지도 않고 그냥 있는데로 불려고 하네요

 

평소에는 아빠말은 엄청 않듣고 아빠 괴롭히던 놈인데 민들레도 꺽지 못합니다..ㅎ

 

그래서 제가 씨앗이 벌어진 민들레를 하나 꺽어 줬습니다

 

큰 놈이 깜짝 놀라서 민들레는 꺽어도 되는 거냐고 묻더군요

 

그래서 설명해 주었습니다

 

꽃씨가 벌어지기 전에는 그냥 두는 것이지만 꽃씨가 벌어진 꽃은 할 일은 다 했기 떄문에 꺽어도 된다고 했습니다

 

오히려 꺽더라도 꽃씨를 멀리 날려주는 것이 좋다고 했습니다

 

길거리에 있는 민들레들이 이제는 대부분 꽃이 지고 씨앗이 벌어진 것들이 많습니다

 

 

그중에 가장 크게 벌어진거로 꺽어주었습니다

 

입을 벌리고 공기를 모으는 모습이 흡사 환타지의 드래곤이 브레스를 품기 위해 숨을 들이마시는거 같습니다

 

 

한껏 모은 공기를 힘차게 뿜어 내고 있습니다

 

너무 세게 불어댄거 같네요

 

꽃씨들이 날아가는거 아니라 튕겨니가는거 같습니다

 

아직은 힘조절을 못하는 녀석입니다

 

 

우리 주변의 민들레들은 대부분 외래종이라고 합니다

 

바로 이 민들레때문에 우리 토종 민들레들이 많이 없어진다는 얘기를 들은 적이 있습니다

 

노란색 민들레가 외래종이고 하얀색이 토종 민들레라고 합니다

 

그리고 우리 토종 민들레는 약효능이 있다고도 합니다

 

외래종도 비슷한 효능이 있는지는 잘모르겠네요....

 

민들레는 잎을 말려서 차로 먹거나 뿌리를 달여서 먹기도 한답니다

 

이러한 민들레는 각종성인병은 물론 위질환, 숙취, 변비, 당뇨, 기관지에도 그 효능이 있다고 합니다

 

우리 토종 민들레들을 많이 볼수 있으면 좋겠다는 생각을 해 봅니다.

 

 

 

큰 놈이 민들레 불기가 재미있는 모양입니다

 

여러개를 꺽어서 한꺼번에 불어대고 있습니다

 

머리에도 민들레 씨앗들이 달라 붙었네요...
