숫자가 필요없으면 굳이 엑셀보다 나은 프로그램들이 있겠지요

 

오늘은 엑셀의 옵션(option)기능 중 "0"값 않보이게 하는 요령에 대한 내용입니다

 

엑셀의 옵션창에는 여러가지 옵션을 설정 할 수 있습니다

 

원래 제가 엑셀을 사용한 것은 엑셀 2003이었는데 엑셀 2010으로 넘어보면서 옵션버튼의 위치를 못찾고 헤멜때가 있어서 처음에는 불편한 점이 있었습니다

 

하지만 요즘 만들어지는 대부분의 문서가 엑셀2010로 만들어 지므로 사용 않할 수 없게 되네요

 

간단하지만 가끔 사용하다보니 잊어버리기도 옵션버튼도 못찾을때도 있어서 글 올려봅니다

 

방법은

 

1. 좌측 상단의 아이콘(위도우모양?)을 클릭하면 풀다운 메뉴가 뜹니다

 

2. 그리고 펼쳐진 풀다운 메뉴의 우측하단에 조그만 "Excel 옵션"이라는 버튼을 클릭합니다(눈나쁘신 찾기 어렵게 옵션버튼이 작네요)

 

3. 그러면 엑셀 옵션 대화창이 나타나구요 좌측 탭에서 고급탭을 클릭합니다

 

4. 대화창의 우측으로 다시넘어와서 스크롤바를 내리면서 "이 워크시트의 표시옵션"제목의 아래에 "0값이 있는 셀에 0표시"라는 체크란이 있습니다

 

5. 현재 체크되어 있으면 0값이 보이는 상황일 것이고 않보이게 하려면 체크표시를 없애 주시면 끝입니다
