아기 재우기...아기가 잘때 되면 자야 하는데....

 

 

 

아기가 잘때 되면 자야 하는데 않 자면 참 난감합니다

 

우리 작은놈도 잘 시간이 되면 장 자기도 하는데 컨디션에 따라 않자고 칭얼거릴때도 많이 있지요..

 

우리 마님은 항상 팔이 너무 아프다고 합니다

 

그래서 제가 종종 재우기도 하는데요

 

사실 아기를 오래동안 안고 있으면 저도 마찬가지로 팔이 아파서 아기띠를 주로 사용합니다

 

아기가 돌전에는 그나마 안고 있을만 했는데 좀 커지니 이제는 아기띠를 사용하게 되더군요

 

안고 재울때는 아기를 안고서 이방 저방 돌아 다니며 자장가를 불러 주었습니다

 

안고서 등을 토닥일때는 약간 빠른 속도로 토닥여 주면 정신이 없어서 더욱 빨리 잠드는 것 같았습니다

 

쉽지는 않았습니다

 

이방 저방 돌아다니면 발바닥도 아프구요 오랫동안 들고 있자니 슬슬 지루하기도 하구요

그러면 자장가로 가요를 불러주기도 했는데 그러면 좀 덜 지루해 지더라구요

일반적으로 한 5곡정도 불러 주면 거의 아기 재우기 성공 할때가 많았습니다

불러주는 노래는 등대지기(얼어붙은 달그림자~), 연가(비바람이 치던 바다~), 동그라미(동그라미 그리려다~), 바위섬(파도가 부서지는 바위섬~), 섬그늘(엄마가 섬그늘에 굴따러 ~) 등인데요..

근데 요즘은 아기가 좀 자라서 안고 있으면 아기가 답답해 하는 경우가 많습니다

그래서 저는 아기띠를 주로 사용해서 앞으로 안고 아기 머리를 마이크 삼아 노래를 불러 주곤 합니다

우리 마님은 등에 아기포대기를 두르고 재우기를 선호 하더군요

근데 저는 아기 포대기가 불편해서....

작은 놈이 정신이 말똥말똥 할때는 분유를 먹이고 재우면 잘 때가 많이 있습니다

우유를 빨고나면 많이 피곤해 지나 봅니다

우유를 먹이고 피곤해 할 때 마님이 안고서 토닥이거나 제가 아기띠를 하고 등짝을 빠른 속도로 토닥이면서

이방 저방 돌아다니면 성공 확률이 높아 집니다

다른 아기들도 어떻게 재우는지 궁금 합니다

다들 노하우가 있겠지요...

엄마가 해서 않되면 아빠가 해보고 아빠가 재우기 실패하면 엄마가 해보고 이런저런 방법을 시도해보면 결국은 잠이 들고 말겠죠...
